あらすじ

キノが訪れた医学の発達した国ではイヤな顔せずみんな笑顔で働いていた。この国では12才になったら、イヤなことや間違っていることも絶対にやらなければならない大人にするため、頭を開けてその中の子供を取り出すのだ。そしてキノが出会ったこの国の少女は、明後日12才の誕生日を迎え手術を受けなければならず…。
