Synopsis

Drei Polizisten gelingt es, einen Überfall auf einen Waffentransport zu vereiteln. Der Ganove Slick wird dabei festgenommen. Er versucht die Beamten mit 30 Millionen Dollar zu bestechen, aber die lehnen ab. Aber als die Beamten ihn später in seiner Zelle aufsuchen wollen, ist Slick verschwunden. Wenig später werden zwei der Polizisten tot aufgefunden: Unter rätselhaften Umständen, denn beide sind auf trockenem Boden ertrunken.
