Synopsis

Isaiah Edwards ist eine gute Seele. Er verspricht einem Sterbenden, sich um dessen kleines Mädchen Blanche zu kümmern. Schließlich ist es so weit, und Isaiah nimmt Blanche zu sich. Damit versetzt er Walnut Grove in helle Aufregung – bei Blanche handelt es sich um ein Orang Utan-Baby! Besonders Mrs. Oleson ängstigt sich davor und erstattet Anzeige. Daraufhin will der Sheriff das Affenbaby töten. Edwards und die Kinder der Stadt tun alles, um Blanche vor dem Sheriff zu schützen.
