Synopsis

Der Drogenfahnder Dave Lambert führt gemeinsam mit dem Polizeispitzel Moonshine eine Razzia durch. Dabei entkommt ihnen der berüchtigte Drogendealer Carl Birmingham. Von seinem Versteck aus engagiert Birmingham den Killer Carter um Moonshine zu ermorden und Lambert in Verruf zu bringen.
