Synopsis

Sydneys Mentor, Professor Evans, ist in der Türkei ermordet aufgefunden worden. Nun sind sowohl die Polizei als auch Sydney und Nigel hinter einer Hauptverdächtigen namens Natasha her. Diese ist laut Auskunft der Barbesitzerin Marj Anführerin einer Frauengruppe, die einen Amazonenstaat gründen will. Doch dazu brauchen sie den Waffengürtel der Hippolyte, einer Schutzgöttin der Amazonen. Nigel schleust sich nun als Übersetzer für Altgriechisch bei den Amazonen ein.
