Synopsis

Eine Konferenz über die weitere Zusammenarbeit der verschiedenen Planeten findet auf der Erde statt. Dagegen wendet sich eine alienfeindliche, terroristische Gruppe "Terra Prime" mit John Paxton als Anführer. Die Gruppe hat das Ziel sämtliche Kontakte zu außerirdischen Spezies zu stoppen und alle Fremden von der Erde zu vertreiben.
