Synopsis
Polizei-Inspektor Narumi wird Zeuge eines Angriffs auf ein Filmteam durch einen Wasserdämon. Kurze Zeit später wird er gemeinsam mit Inspektor Minoru in ein neues Polizeirevier versetzt und beginnt, die bizarren Morde zu untersuchen, von denen Minoru glaubt, dass sie von Yokai verübt wurden.
