剧情简介

城太郎在退役记者会上，出人意料地宣布了取消退役的决定。随后他找到天草并希望对方继续指导他练体操，但是对方严词拒绝再照顾他，并把他赶出了俱乐部。在俱乐部待不下去的城太郎开始根据自己想出来的训练菜单进行训练。然而却一点都不顺利。
